How much does it cost to hire a band/performer?
Pricing varies depending on travel distance, performance length, setup requirements, and the size of the act. We keep our rates competitive and offer free, custom quotes based on your event details.
How do we make a booking?
A booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit along with a signed performance agreement outlining all event details. The remaining balance is usually due no later than 30 days before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the act you want — especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Last-minute bookings are accepted when availability permits.
We don’t see exactly what we want on your site. Can you recommend something else?
Yes! We have a large network of performers not listed on the site. We can also adjust band sizes, swap musicians, or suggest alternative acts — anything from solo instrumentalists to large ensembles.
Can we request songs?
Absolutely, 1 free request is included. Additional song requests will be within your quotation.
Can we see a repertoir list?
Yes! A PDF can be sent when enquiring if requested.
Do you require parking?
Yes. Parking close to the venue entrance is needed for unloading equipment. Any parking fees should be covered by the client.
Does the band need a green room?
A private room or secure area for storing cases is required.
Do we need to provide food?
Yes. If the booking is 3 hours or more, a hot meal is typically required for each performer.
Can the band or performer cancel?
No — our contracts legally guarantee that the performance will go ahead. If a performer becomes ill or has an emergency, we provide a high-quality replacement at no extra cost to you.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Up to 60 days before the event: 100% of the balance is due

Up to 90 days before the event: 75% of the balance is due

Up to 120 days before the event: the 50% deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable.
What if a band member can't perform on the day?
While we aim to provide the exact lineup shown in our videos, occasional changes due to illness or scheduling conflicts may occur. If so, the musician will be replaced with someone of equal or higher professional standard from our trusted network.
